We're seeking an ambitious Sales Manager to drive growth across the energy and social housing sectors. This role combines hands-on business development with shaping sales strategy, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both closing deals and influencing long-term direction.

What you'll do
  • Generate new business with housing associations, local authorities, and energy providers.
  • Lead sales for void energy services and other tailored energy solutions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle - prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings.
  • Provide accurate forecasts and updates on sales performance and pipeline.
What we're looking for
  • Proven B2B sales track record, within the energy sector.
  • Experience selling into social housing or public sector markets would be valuable.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Target-driven, commercially astute, and self-motivated.
  • CRM proficiency with a data-driven approach.
  • Knowledge of UK energy or housing regulations is a plus will really help you thrive in this role.
