Sub-Broker Channel Co-ordinator
Job summary
A UK-based utilities service provider is looking for a dedicated individual to support the Sub-Broker Sales team. In this role, you will handle administrative tasks, communicate with sub brokers, and ensure accurate contract processing. A minimum of 12 months administration experience is essential, along with a passion for exceptional customer service. You will be key in tracking commissions and compliance with regulations while contributing to team improvements and new implementations.
Qualifications
- At least 12 months of administration experience needed.
- Strong passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate contract submissions and ensure accuracy.
- Act as a liaison between sub brokers and internal teams.
- Support commission processes and enforce tracking.
- Maintain records in CRM systems and tracking tools.
- Identify risks and propose improvements.
- Support implementation of new products and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and Ofgem regulations.
- Contribute to team meetings and improvement initiatives.
Skills
In this role you'll be key to the success of our Sub-Broker Sales team. You'll be that helpful person at the end of the phone or over email, responding to queries and handling administrative processes, building fantastic long term relationships.
- Coordinating contract submission, validation and handover to sales operations, ensuring accuracy and right first time standards
- Acting as a liaison between sub brokers and internal teams including Sales Operations, Compliance, QA, Finance and Supplier Relations
- Supporting commission processes by ensuring accurate tracking, validation and resolution of commission related queries
- Maintaining accurate and up to date records in CRM systems (Salesforce) and other tracking tools
- Identifying risks, issues or opportunities within the sub broker channel and proactively recommending improvements
- Supporting the implementation of new products, processes, pricing or regulatory changes within the channel
- Ensuring all activity complies with GDPR, Ofgem regulations and internal governance frameworks
- Contributing to team meetings, channel reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
- Minimum of 12 months administration experience
