Job summary
A national property consultancy in the London region is seeking an MRICS Building Surveyor (Director Designate) to accelerate growth. The ideal candidate will conduct Level 2 / Level 3 reports with a focus on quality and have the autonomy to manage their schedule while also expanding business operations. Experience in sectors such as Expert Witness and building disrepair is a plus.
Qualifications
- Must be MRICS qualified or equivalent.
- Ability to conduct Level 2 / Level 3 reports.
- Experience in property sectors is beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Conduct Level 2 / Level 3 reports focused on quality.
- Control your own schedule and manage client relations.
- Expand business operations as aligned with company growth.
Skills
We have partnered with a property centric organisation in order to accellerate their national growth plans. They have an immediate requirement to recruit an MRICS Buildling Surveyor (Director Designate) for the London region.
If you enjoy carrying out Level 2 / Level 3 reports with a focus on quality rather than quantity, this could be the role for you. Our Client also operates in vertical markets such as Expert Witness, Building Disrepair, Damp and Mould - any experience in these sectors would be desirable although not essential.
You'll have plenty of work to carry out from day one. You will also have the scope to expand the business as you see fit, as long as it fits the wider businesses growth plan.
Full autonomy, you'll control your own diary movements and still have the full support of the wider management team and back office facility.
