DUTIES
  • Conducting Residential Surveys – Completing pre-acquisition surveys to a high professional standard.
  • Report Production – Producing clear, accurate, and well-structured reports using iPad-based systems.
  • Time Management – Managing inspections efficiently while maintaining consistent quality.
  • Client Communication – Delivering professional and clear communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Performance Targets – Meeting agreed targets with rewards linked to quality and performance.
  • Process Improvement – Engaging with continuous improvements to systems and processes.
  • Participating in team meetings, shared learning, and CPD activities.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
ESSENTIAL
  • Residential surveying experience.
  • RICS, CABE, or MCIOB qualification.
  • Degree in surveying or building pathology.
