A leading estate agency in Wimbledon is looking for a Senior Lettings Negotiator to drive performance and support a dynamic team. Candidates must possess a Full UK Driving Licence, a strong customer service ethic, and solid IT skills. - Liaising with prospective tenants and arranging property viewings.
- Negotiating offers and agreeing new tenancies.
- Marketing properties to tenants.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants.
- Ensuring properties adhere to health and safety standards.

- £45,000 OTE
- Uncapped commission

- Liaising with prospective tenants and arranging property viewings in line with their needs
- Negotiating offers and agreeing new tenancies
- Marketing properties to tenants utilizing various marketing skills
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
- Assisting the teams to successfully achieve KPI’s
- Providing support to your colleagues in your manager's absence
- A focus on generating new and repeat business
- Canvassing the local area
- Ensuring properties adhere to health and safety standards
- Ensuring your colleagues and the business in risk-averse and following the highest compliance standards for all regulatory bodies.
- Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
