Complex Care Assistant
Location: Chippenham
Pay: £15.54 per hour
Shifts: 24-hour-shifts (10am-10am), 2 shifts per week

We’re looking for a compassionate and skilled Care Assistant to join our team in Chippenham, supporting one of our client with Cerebral Palsy, and a range of complex health needs.

She enjoys a wide range of activities, which include cycling, swimming, walks in the park, badminton. She is an outgoing individual and enjoys activities which will enhance and stimulate her positively. She enjoys spending time with her family. This role is ideal for someone who values building meaningful connections and providing consistent, person-centred care.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Providing personal care and mobility support

• Supporting with PEG (enteral) feeding

• Assisting with bedtime routines

• Promoting comfort, calm, and positive interaction

What You’ll Need:

• Experience supporting individuals with complex care needs

• Essential experience:

  • Enteral (PEG) feeding

  • Administration of Medication

  • Cerebral Palsy

• A calm, reliable, and emotionally intuitive approach

• Full UK driving Licence and access to your own car
