In this role you will support the development and operation of a world class, innovative, large-scale mass manufacturing plant. A position is now available for a Quality Technician, to support the Quality Department to work as part of our QA shift teams.
- Fully proficient with IATF16949:2016
- Deep dive to Root Cause using 8D and Quality tools
- Understanding of PFMEA and Control plans
- Perform, product and process audits (internal)
- Generate technical and management reports
- Carry out inspections in line with relevant work instructions
- Validation activity
- XRAY Analysis
- Containment activities
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate and influence at all levels.
- Ability to analyse, interpret and present data to make fact-based decisions.
- Experience of IATF16949
- Experience/ understanding of IATF/TS core tools (PPAP, APQP, MSA, FMEA, SPC)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills – reporting throughout the business at all levels and with all functions will be required.
- Knowledge of APIS software (Desirable)
- Excellent PC Skills including MS Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work shifts
- 8D Investigation lead.
- Calibration & MSA understanding (Desirable)
- Containment of suspect parts
- Full driving license.
