We're looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a respected contractor working on a residential project in Liverpool. Your input will be key in supporting commercial delivery and adding real value to a dynamic team.

This is your chance to build on your foundations in quantity surveying while gaining hands-on experience across varied sites. You’ll work closely with a Senior QS and Commercial Manager, contributing to the smooth running of projects from procurement through to final account.

• You’ll support the commercial team across multiple construction projects.
• Assist with subcontractor procurement, valuations, cost tracking, and reporting.
• Visit sites regularly to liaise with project teams, requiring a proactive and organized approach.
• Maintain budgetary control and ensure work is completed to high commercial standards.
