Role Overview

Support the commercial management of social housing maintenance works, operating within schedule of rates contracts. The role involves cost control, valuations, variations and subcontractor support across high-volume works.

Key Duties
  • Assist with valuations and payments under schedule of rates (must have a good knowledge of this)
  • Support cost tracking, forecasts and monthly reporting
  • Measure works and assess variations
  • Assist with subcontractor procurement and applications
  • Liaise with site teams and operational staff
  • Maintain accurate commercial records
