Job summary
A leading infrastructure property firm in Birmingham is seeking a Senior Land Referencer to join its growing team. The successful candidate will handle geo-referencing tasks, manage data, and participate in site visits while supporting major infrastructure projects. Applicants should be competent in GIS, preferably ArcGIS, and hold a relevant degree. This role provides a supportive environment for professional development and requires a valid UK driving licence.
Qualifications
- Experience in the production of legal documentation such as order plans and notices.
- Knowledge of compulsory purchase projects is a plus.
- Must have a valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
Responsibilities
- Geo‑referencing and digitising features from CAD into ArcGIS.
- Manage client expectations and allocate tasks to junior team members.
- Conduct site visits for land referencing.
