We are excited to announce an opening for a dedicated Site Administrator to join our client's team in Gravesend!

• Managing and maintaining the school estate, ensuring all areas are safe, clean, and operational.
• Overseeing maintenance schedules and coordinating repairs with contractors.
• Conducting regular inspections and assessments of the property.
• Liaising with staff, students, and external stakeholders to create a positive and functional environment.
• Implementing health and safety protocols to ensure compliance with regulations.

• Experience in facilities management or a related field.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a can-do attitude.
• A valid driving licence and the ability to travel as needed.
