We’re looking for a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our expert team. You’ll be responsible for maintaining and repairing heating and air-conditioning systems, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with safety standards. - Perform planned and reactive maintenance on heating (steam) and air-conditioning systems.
- Maintain evaporative cooling and domestic water systems in line with L8 standards.
- Diagnose and repair plant faults to ensure continuous operation.
- Conduct filter and belt changes, pipe repairs, and system upgrades.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with health and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with CBRE and client teams to deliver exceptional service.
- Level 3 qualification in mechanical services maintenance.
- Basic computer skills and understanding of building management systems (preferred).
- Health and safety training (desirable).
- Hands-on experience with pumps, motors, valves, and cooling towers.
- Familiarity with health and safety standards in maintenance environments.
- Experience on client-resident sites and with evaporative cooling systems (desirable).
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Calm under pressure and confident in decision-making.
- Physically fit and comfortable working at heights or in confined spaces.

- Full UK driving licence required.
