CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for a Static Mechanical / HIU engineer / Plumber to carry out planned and reactive commercial maintenance across a High-end residential contract. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in high end residential building maintenance. This position would be ideal for a maintenance Plumber with HIU experience currently in a similar position who is keen on progression. You will be working within a team of 5 on site.
In return, the company are offering a competitive salary of up to £47,500 with a potential route into further career progression.
This role will be 3 days of HIU maintenance and 2 days working on the mechanical systems in the building carrying out ppm's and reactives.
