Job summary
A housing services provider is seeking a Carpenter & Plumber to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in multiple trades and deliver a first-class service in Camden and surrounding areas. The role requires good customer care skills and a valid UK driving licence. This position offers a salary of £36,000 - £41,000 plus benefits including a monthly London Weighting Allowance.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Carpenter & Plumber who also has skills in other trades to join our team. We’re looking for someone who can deliver a first class service to our properties covering Camden, Chelsea, Shepherd’s Bush and surrounding areas.
- Carry out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works & property MOTs connected with all aspects of their specialist trades and any secondary trades.
- Ensure works are carried out in an efficient way and completed within required deadlines.
- Experienced Carpenter & Plumber with skills in other trades and good customer care.
- Must hold a valid UK driving licence as a company vehicle will be provided for work use only.
- Eligible to work in the UK; visa sponsorship is not offered. You are required to reside in England or Wales for the duration of your employment.
