Job summary

A leading housing provider is seeking a Plumber to join their bathroom works team, working across the East Midlands. The ideal candidate will hold a Technical Certificate and NVQ Level 2 or above in Plumbing, possess a full driving license, and have broad experience in maintenance for both occupied and unoccupied properties. The role involves a variety of plumbing installations and repairs, ensuring a commitment to excellent customer service. This position requires travel to clients' homes in the region.

Qualifications

• Holds a Technical Certificate & NVQ Level 2 or above in Plumbing.
• A Full Driving licence is essential.
• Experience in maintenance of occupied and unoccupied properties.

Responsibilities

Plumber

Hours of Work : 37 hours per week, working Monday – Thursday, 08.00-16.00 and Friday 08.00-15.30

Location – Mobile Working, with travel across the East Midlands

Salary : £32.963 per annum

The role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Plumber to join the bathroom works team working within the emh properties across the East Midlands.

The ideal candidate

• Holds a Technical Certificate & NVQ Level 2 or above in Plumbing
• A Full Driving licence is essential
• Broad experience working on day to day maintenance in occupied and unoccupied properties, in relevant trade
• Able to undertake full range of plumbing installation and repairs including void works, reactive property works, cyclical program works and air source central heating systems.

You will be able to demonstrate commitment to excellent customer service for our customers.

The ability to travel is essential as you will travel to our customers' homes situated across the East Midlands.
