• Confidently supervise classes in the absence of the regular teacher
• Deliver pre-prepared work across various subjects and year groups
• Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a focused learning environment
• Provide support to students and liaise with teaching staff as necessary

• Strong classroom presence and confident communication skills
• A proactive, flexible, and professional attitude
• Previous experience working with young people is desirable
• Degree holders or those considering teacher training are welcome!
