Responsibilities include:

- Ensuring compliance with clinical guidelines.

- Mentoring junior staff.
- Supporting audits and service development initiatives to enhance patient care.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (MPharm) or equivalent.
- Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical pharmacy experience.
- Strong knowledge of pharmacotherapy and clinical guidelines.
