• Provide specialised pharmacy expertise and consultation to the Oncology department
• Collaborate with medical professionals to create optimal medication plans tailored to cancer patients
• Ensure accurate dispensing of chemotherapy and other oncology-related medications
• Conduct regular medication reviews and monitor patient outcomes
• Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, medication side effects and the importance of adherence
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and case discussions to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintain up-to-date clinical knowledge in oncology and pharmacy practices
