• Deliver expert pharmaceutical care as a core member of the Oncology Team, promoting safe and effective medication use
• Conduct detailed medication reviews and authorisations specifically for oncology patients
• Design and implement care plans in collaboration with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
• Stay updated with national oncology guidelines, drug protocols, and new treatment developments
• Provide clinical advice to colleagues on complex cases related to oncology pharmacotherapy
• Participate in regular professional development to maintain and enhance clinical knowledge in oncology practice

• Current registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
• Master’s degree in Pharmacy
• Substantial NHS experience, particularly in oncology settings, is essential
• A valid driving licence, as the role may involve travel between healthcare sites
