- Support the Head of Clinical and Advanced Practice.
- Deliver expert care through clinical assessment and treatment.
- Collaborate with GPs and community services for resident care.
- Lead triage and assessments to avoid unnecessary hospital admissions.
- Mentor nurses in advanced training and contribute to clinical improvements.
