We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Live In care assistant to join our team in Doncaster, United Kingdom. As a Live In care assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality, person-centred care to individuals in their own homes, enhancing their quality of life and supporting their independence.

• Deliver personalised care and support, including assistance with daily living activities, personal care, and medication administration
• Provide emotional support, companionship, and help with light housekeeping tasks
• Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in the client’s condition
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and respond appropriately to emergencies
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies

• Genuine caring nature and commitment to improving the lives of others
• Previous experience in caregiving is advantageous, but full training will be provided
• Valid full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
• Ability to work flexible hours and commit to a live-in schedule
• Willingness to undertake Live-In assignments away from home
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Physical fitness to assist with daily tasks and mobility support
• Patience, empathy, and understanding towards clients’ needs
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills for accurate record-keeping
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing situations and client needs
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and training
