As a health care assistant, you will play a crucial role in encouraging our customers’ independence, lending a sympathetic ear, and—above all—brightening their days with a smile.

• Helping with everyday tasks like personal hygiene
• Vital sign monitoring and informing the office staff of any changes
• Facilitating the transfer and mobility of those we assist
• Offering company and emotional support to those we assist
• Helping with feeding and meal preparation
• Preserving a hygienic and secure environment for those we assist
• Accurately and promptly documenting information

• While not required, prior experience working as a health care assistant or in a related position is preferred.
• A candid and transparent culture.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities
• A sympathetic and caring disposition
• The capacity to function effectively when working remotely
• A keen eye for detail
