A charity supporting veterans is seeking a Veterans Community Nurse to provide clinical advice and support as they navigate healthcare pathways. The role requires a Registered Band 6 Nurse with empathy for veterans and their families. Responsibilities include enabling healthcare goals and acting as a link to the NHS. The position offers a hybrid work environment, 35 hours per week, and a competitive salary ranging from £41,439 to £45,994. Benefits include generous annual leave and a pension scheme.
As a Veterans Community Nurse, you will:
Help for Heroes supports those who have served in the UK Armed Forces or have worked under UK Command and their families, no matter when or where they served. The Charity supports the Armed Forces Community to live well after service by providing tailored mental, physical, welfare and financial support to help people rebuild their lives and find the peace they deserve.
