A registered charity providing palliative care in Tees Valley is seeking Health Care Assistants to join their Hospice at Home team. Ideal candidates will have an NVQ/QCF Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care and experience in delivering palliative care. This role includes working closely with a multi-disciplinary team and providing care to patients in their homes. The position offers a competitive salary of £24,049 - £24,975 per annum, including enhanced rates for unsociable hours.

Wehave multiple vacancies for applicants looking to work between 2 and 4 x 7.5hour shifts per week on a 7 day rota; usual working pattern 7.5 hour early orlate shifts on a rota basis, 06:45-14:15, and 14:00-21:30.
StTeresas Hospice Band 3, Full time equivalent £24,049.00 - £24,975.00 per annumplus enhanced rates for unsociable hours.

Our HCAs work in closecollaboration with the District Nurses, GPs, Marie Curie nurses, Macmillannurses, the Foundation Trust & other hospice services ensuring patientchoice at the end of life.
