- Support children in Early Years with their learning and development
- Plan and deliver play‑based activities in line with the EYFS framework
- Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment for all pupils
- Work closely with the class teacher and wider EYFS team
- Observe and track pupil progress, contributing to learning journals
- Provide care and support to meet children's physical, social and emotional needs
- A recognised Early Years qualification (Level 2 or Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent)
- Experience working in an EYFS setting (Nursery or Reception class)
- Knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and safeguarding practices
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
