Responsibilities

• Support Nursery children within the EYFS curriculum.
• Provide tailored afternoon support for pupils with complex needs.
• Assist with personal care and physical support where required.
• Help maintain a safe, positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Work closely with the class teacher and SEN team to deliver individualised strategies.
• Encourage communication, social skills and independence.
