Job description

Curriculum Administrator / PA. Salary: Up to £25,611 full‑time equivalent (pro‑rata for part‑time). Working Pattern: Part‑time (22.5 hours per week). Location: Sparsholt Campus. Closing Date: 20th January 2026.

Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Administrator to join our team. Duties will include diary management, organising meetings, maintaining and updating databases and other systems, liaising with learners, producing correspondence, reports and other documents and liaising closely with departments and colleagues across the college and external organisations.

Key Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong customer focus with a “can‑do” attitude.
  • Hold qualifications in Maths and English at Grade 4/C or above.
  • Excellent organisational skills and embrace technology to support smarter working.
  • Be an excellent communicator and able to tailor communication as required.
  • Experienced user of a range of IT systems including MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
