As a Nursery Practitioner, we offer a salary starting from £24,000 per annum, plus additional benefits including:

• As a keyworker, you will ensure every child's needs are met, including supporting parents with SEND/ASL needs.
• Take ownership of observations, assessments, and planning for your key children in line with EYFS, providing developmentally appropriate next steps.
• Encourage and praise children’s development and achievements.
