Our client is seeking to recruit a Nursery Room Leader.

Nursery Room Leader

The role involves managing the day-to-day operations of an allocated nursery room. Candidates must be NVQ Level 3 qualified or equivalent. The role also includes training and developing staff by sharing knowledge and skills. The successful candidate will ensure children are cared for in a safe, happy, and stimulating environment, with a good understanding of developmental requirements and the ability to provide a range of learning experiences to support overall development. An enhanced DBS check will be required.
