Nursery Practitioner – Level 2

Salary Range : £26,000 to £30,000 per annum (doe) + benefits

Care First is recruiting on behalf of a reputable nursery based in the London | SE23 area. We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Early Years Practitioner (Level 2) to join a warm, committed, and child‑centred team. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will :
  • Promote and maintain high standards of quality within the nursery
  • Support and supervise playroom staff in daily activities
  • Ensure staff are effectively deployed across the rooms
  • Implement and uphold key carer procedures, ensuring children are appropriately allocated
  • Ensure practice and provision are always in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
  • Provide professional feedback to parents and carers
  • Build strong, positive relationships with families and colleagues
  • Champion and promote the nursery to existing and prospective parents
