Holtec seeks qualified applicants for the position of Project Director in its Project Management department based at the Holtec Britain office in Bristol, UK.
This department is responsible for delivering large infrastructure and capital equipment supply projects, including Holtec’s Small Modular Reactor SMR-300 projects.
The Project Director will have experience in building and maintaining an integrated, collaborative, and high-performing team.
The role involves frequent in-person meetings with Holtec’s clients and occasional international travel. The position reports to the Division Director and is accountable for project delivery within time, budget, and specifications, while managing key strategic risks.
The Project Director will serve as the primary point of contact for the customer, establishing strong relationships through open and effective communication.
Responsibilities include providing leadership and strategic direction for the project, aligning with Holtec and client values and best practices.
The company uses Kinetics ERP software, Primavera, and other customized software for project management, cost control, and supplier management, for which training will be provided.
