Job summary
A logistics company in London is seeking a Warehouse Shift Manager to oversee day-to-day operations. In this role, you will manage a team, drive continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with regulations. The position offers a salary between £39,000 - £42,000, with a shift pattern of 4 days on, 4 days off. Ideal candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in warehouse management, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in WMS.

- Managing a team of warehouse supervisors and operatives.
- Contribute, implement and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor the performance, development and well-being of the team whilst working towards growth and improvement of your personal and team KPIs.
- Manage drivers, delivery routes and logistics operations.
- Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies
- 2+ years’ experience in warehouse management or a team-leading role.

- Proficiency and knowledge in WMS (Warehouse Management System) and MS Office.
- In-depth knowledge of logistics, inventory control and supply chain management.
