A significant healthcare provider in Plymouth is seeking an Advanced Specialist Pharmacist for Women & Children’s Services. The role involves delivering high-quality clinical pharmacy services and managing pharmacy staff while supporting professional development. The ideal candidate will hold a Master's degree in Pharmacy and relevant certifications. This post will attract a Recruitment & Retention Premia (RRP) totalling £5,000, payable upon appointment, (covering 36 months of service) in addition to a relocation allowance (subject to eligibility). The RRP payment is for external candidates only and is pro rata for part time employees.

Candidates who meet the qualifications for this post but may not yet demonstrate the full knowledge or experience required at Band 8a will still be considered for this role as a Band 7 to Band 8a progression opportunity. The successful candidate will receive the necessary support to achieve the required progression milestones and demonstrate the expected level of practice before progressing to an advanced specialist Band 8a role.
***Preference will be given to internal Trust staff, as well as 'Priority' and 'At Risk' status including NHS At Risk staff throughout Devon who are able to display recent relevant experience as dictated by the Person Specification.***
