We are currently looking for a motivated and experinced Mortgage Adivser to join our client's expanding team in theUpminster area. They areathriving, market-leading estate agency that offers its Mortgage Advisers comprehensive training, ongoing support, strong earning potential and a clear path to career progression. For this position they are ideally, our client is looking for someone who hasa proven track record as a Mortgage Adviser, preferably with Estate Agency experience.

- Full-time
- Office-based role
- Base Salary package - £25,000 - £40,000
- OTE £50,000 - £100,000
- Uncapped commission, generous structure (15% - 50% of banked income)
