Job summary

A leading Estate Agency in Gloucester is seeking an experienced part-time PA to support the Mortgage Services department. The role offers flexible working hours within Monday to Friday from 09:00am to 06:00pm, compensated at £28,000 pro-rata. Ideal candidates will have prior administrative experience, familiarity with operating procedures, and strong organizational skills. This position will involve providing secretarial support to the Sales Manager and maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • Previous administrative & secretarial experience in a professional capacity.
  • Familiarity with compliance standards or company manuals is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to operate confidentially.

Responsibilities

  • Provide secretarial support to the Sales & Compliance Manager.
  • Organise meetings and maintain the diary of the Sales Manager.
  • Produce meeting minutes and compile statistics as required.

Skills

Prior experience as a personal assistant
