Tupwood Gate provides outcome‑focused care for adults who may be physically frail or have a diagnosis of dementia or Alzheimer's disease. Short‑stay or longer‑term care is offered, including award‑winning end‑of‑life care.

What You’ll Do
  • Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care
  • Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support
  • Learn about individuals’ specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way
  • Assist with medical & welfare needs
  • Report on medical & welfare needs as required
  • Safeguard
  • Maintain a safe, clean environment for all
Who You Are
