A leading recruitment agency is seeking an experienced Drill and Grout Supervisor to oversee site investigations on a large housing development in Derbyshire. This temporary contract role starts in January, lasting a minimum of five months with potential extensions. Key responsibilities include managing risk assessments, coordinating teams, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in site investigations and ground remediation.
- Strong understanding of environmental regulations and health & safety standards.
- Ability to lead and coordinate teams effectively on-site.
Responsabilités
- Oversee intrusive investigation and risk assessments.
- Conduct mining investigations and assess shallow mine workings.
- Run the site independently and supervise earthworks.
We are looking for a highly experienced Ground Investigation Supervisor to lead the Site Investigation on a large housing development. This contract role will start in September for a minimum of twelve weeks, with strong potential for extension depending on project progress.
- Oversee intrusive investigation and risk assessments, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and health and safety standards.
- Conduct mining investigations, assess shallow mine workings, and design mitigation/stabilisation measures.
- Run the site independently, coordinating contractors and subcontractors, and providing effective on‑site decision‑making.
- Supervise earthworks, monitoring quality and materials, providing technical guidance through to project handover.
- Contract Type: Temporary / Contract
- Duration: 5 months minimum
- Start Date: January
- Location: On‑site (Derbyshire)
