About the Process Technologist Manager job
The Process Technologist Manager will lead the end-to-end delivery of the company’s products. You'll ensure new and existing products are trialled, improved, compliant, and production ready. You will work closely with Technical and NPD teams, and retail partners to guarantee safe, efficient, high-quality manufacturing.
Key tasks
- Translate kitchen recipes into factory-ready products, managing the full NPD process from concept to launch with clear, compliant handovers.
- Run factory trials, manage critical paths, troubleshoot risks, and align cross-functional teams on timelines and expectations.
- Optimise manufacturing processes, uphold product quality through testing and data tracking, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Work closely with internal teams and retail partners to deliver scalable solutions that meet brand, safety, and sustainability standards.
About You
- The successful candidate shall have experience as a Process Technologist, working across both branded and retailer own-label products.
- Have a proven track record of taking products from concept to launch, collaborating closely with retail partners.
- Confident in running factory trials, managing data, and using retailer technical systems and documentation.
- The successful candidate shall have a full UK drivers license.

The Process Technologist Manager job (ref:8932) is paying£40,000 - £50,000 according to your experience.
This is a site-based role however there shall be customer meetings to attend off site so access to own transport is essential. The site is based in Cambridgeshire and is commutable from Cambridge, Peterborough, Huntingdon and surrounding areas.
