Job summary
A reputable facilities maintenance company is seeking a Static Maintenance Electrician for a long-term assignment in Havant. This role involves carrying out planned preventative maintenance and reactive electrical maintenance on a static commercial site, ensuring a stable work environment with no travel between locations. The position offers a competitive hourly rate of £20 PAYE, equivalent to £41,600 annually upon permanent placement, providing excellent work-life balance and stability.
Qualifications
- Fully electrically qualified with proven experience in commercial maintenance.
- Proficient in carrying out planned preventative maintenance and reactive electrical maintenance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive electrical maintenance.
- Work on a static commercial site with no travel.
- Maintain consistent weekday hours.
