A leading engineering services provider in the UK is looking for a Maintenance Team Leader to oversee maintenance activities in a fast-paced factory environment. This hands-on position requires leadership skills and experience in mechanical or electrical engineering. The ideal candidate will have the ability to motivate a team and ensure efficient repair and maintenance of factory machinery. Competitive salary of £40,000 to £45,000 plus benefits is offered.
Role: Maintenance Team Leader / Maintenance Supervisor
Salary: £40,000 to £45,000 per annum, plus Benefits and career growth opportunities
Hours: Days Monday to Friday (8am - 4pm)
Location: Commutable from Fareham, Southampton, Cosham, Havant, Waterlooville and surrounding areas
We are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Team Leader / Maintenance Supervisor to work within a fast-paced factory environment. This is a hands-on role, with a roughly 60% hands-on and 40% management split. Your role is to support, complete and coordinate all maintenance activities in the factory including repairs being completed quickly and efficiently, proactive maintenance, and various projects.
