Job Title

English Inclusion Co‑ordinator, Maths & English Department

Overview

Salary: £22,908.23 pro rata from £30,822.00. FTE: 0.743243 (37 hours per week, 33 weeks per year). Closing date: 04 January 2026 – extended due to Christmas break, candidates will be contacted in the new year. Interviews will be held on 15 January 2026.

Responsibilities
  • Support students with EHCPs and SEN support needs to access college successfully.
  • Work with students in one‑to‑one settings and in groups.
  • Support the English team to ensure quality support in English matched to learner need, learning style, focused on learner autonomy, and the development of study skills.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Current authorisation to work in the UK; sponsorship is not provided.
  • Applicants who have applied in the last 3 months need not re‑apply.
  • Experience working with students with EHCPs or SEN is desirable.
  • Ability to work effectively within the college's Professional Services model.
