A community care provider in the UK seeks a dedicated Field Supervisor to oversee and enhance care services in the community. The role involves conducting monitoring tasks, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and ensuring high-quality support for clients. Candidates must have at least one year of experience in Health & Social Care and an NVQ Level 2 qualification. A driving license is required as this position involves traveling to various locations. We are actively recruiting for a Field Supervisor to join the team in our Burton upon Trent.
At this present time, we are unable to consider Sponsorship for this role.
You will need to be a driver with your own transport (car, motorcycle, moped, E-Bike etc) – the work is not suited to non-drivers.
This is a full time role based on 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm, with out‑of‑hours on‑call phone work one weekend out of four.
As a Field Supervisor you will work out in the field to complete monitoring tasks such as reviews, spot checks, carer assessments as well as completing Risk Assessments, MAR charts and support plans. You will be the face of Radis working in the community ensuring people stay in the home they love. You will also be working with the NHS, Social services, GP's and other health professionals to ensure we meet the needs of the people we support.
All Supervisor Hours are to be paid at an enhanced hourly rate, any care completed would be paid at our care rate and you would also receive paid traveling time in between care visits as well as paid mileage. When completing on call you would also receive an On‑call Payment.
