Job summary
A leading logistics recruitment agency is seeking a Warehouse Shift Manager for nights in Leeds. The role entails managing warehouse functions from 6pm to 6am, ensuring efficiency and high standards. Key responsibilities include training Team Leaders, conducting staff briefs, and managing paperwork and equipment. Essential qualifications include supervisory experience and strong interpersonal skills. The position offers a permanent role with a salary of £33,488 per annum, requiring flexibility for shift changes.
Qualifications
- Previous Shift Management or Supervisory experience is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities
- Run Nightshift Warehouse functions ensuring high standards.
- Train Team Leaders and conduct staff appraisals.
- Manage equipment issue and ensure paperwork completion.
