Job summary

A rapidly growing FMCG firm in Leeds is seeking an Operations & Logistics Administrator to manage order processing and liaise with third-party logistics providers. The ideal candidate will have experience in supply chain or logistics within food manufacturing, possess strong communication skills, and excel in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for coordinating delivery schedules, tracking KPIs, and maintaining stock levels while working autonomously and alongside the team.

Qualifications

  • Experience in retail, supply chain or logistics in food manufacturing.
  • Detail-oriented and confident in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the UK GM and Sales Team on operations.
  • Coordinate communication and performance with 3PLs.
  • Track and analyze KPIs for service levels and wastage.
