A global technology company is seeking a Digital Forensics Quality Manager to ensure compliance with ISO 17025 standards. The role involves maintaining the Quality Management System, conducting audits, and engaging with stakeholders in a regulated environment. Candidates must have demonstrable experience in digital forensics and quality management as well as current SC and NPPV3 clearances or the ability to obtain them. This hybrid role requires working in Birmingham two days a week, with opportunities for professional development.

Hybrid Role
Role Purpose:
Resillion's Digital Forensics Team operates in a highly regulated, evidence-driven environment, supporting public-sector and law-enforcement clients. The Digital Forensics Quality Manager is responsible for maintaining, developing, and assuring the team's Quality Management System (QMS) to meet ongoing UKAS ISO 17025 accreditation requirements, and to uphold the highest standards of forensic integrity, evidential robustness, and operational excellence.
The role ensures that all processes, documentation, and working practices comply with ISO 17025, the Forensic Science Regulator (FSR) Codes of Practice, ILAC G19, chain-of-custody principles, and all relevant security obligations. The Quality Manager also plays a key role in driving continuous improvement, supporting internal and external audits, and ensuring the team operates in accordance with best practice and regulatory expectations.
