El Pastor is a small group of Mexican taquerias in London, inspired by the decade the founders spent in Mexico City, running a cult nightclub and searching for the city’s best taco al pastor.

We pour our hearts into top quality authentic produce, making fresh tortillas daily using heritage corn and working directly with suppliers and cooperative farmers in Mexico. • Commis Chef Salary of up to £35,405 based on 48hrs per week

• Experience working as a Commis Chef or Demi Chef at a fast‑paced high‑quality Restaurant
• Interest and love for Mexican food and culture
• Consistently maintain the highest standards and deliver exceptional guest service
• Be the face of a Group known for its warm welcome and guest care
• Managing and exceeding guest expectations
• Strong command of English language
• Good knowledge of our menus, ingredients, and allergens
• Strong team ethic showing respect for your colleagues
