PMLL is recruiting two part-time Schools Outreach Officers (9 hours per week) to support a national data‑collection trial for the Schools Printed Music Licence (SPML) during the 2025/26 academic year. Roles are available in Scotland & Northern Ireland and Wales.

Contract: Approximately 7 months, 1.5 days/9 hours per week, term-time focused

You will liaise directly with schools to gather information on their use of printed music under the SPML, support staff in understanding the licence, demonstrate the online reporting portal, and maintain accurate records. The role involves arranging and conducting school visits (in person or online), meeting termly visit and data‑collection targets, and contributing to evaluation at the end of the trial.

These peripatetic roles require strong communication skills, the ability to work independently, good IT capability, and access to transport. Teaching or education experience, knowledge of local curricula, and familiarity with music licensing are desirable. Welsh language skills are an advantage for the Wales post.
