Our HeadSTARt degree programme is designed to help you learn about our business and make a real difference to the way we operate.
Through a series of placements throughout the four‑year programme, you’ll work across a number of different teams within Mercedes‑Benz Financial Services giving you an invaluable insight into how we work. In each placement you will get involved in day‑to‑day activities with real objectives and a chance to innovate. This will enable you to transfer your academic learning directly into the workplace. The best bit is we cover your university fees whilst paying you a competitive salary as you complete the programme.
As part of the four‑year programme, you will study for a BA (Hons) Business Management degree which is accredited by the Chartered Management Institute, in partnership with MK:U. You will complete your degree through a mixture of virtual and on‑campus study at MK:U’s state‑of‑the‑art facilities. The university is located in the centre of Milton Keynes.
If successful, you will start this apprenticeship on Tuesday 1 September 2026.
You will have (or be predicted to achieve) at least CCC or 96 UCAS points in any discipline excluding General Studies. You will also have GCSE grade 4 in Maths and English Language (or equivalent). You should have great organisation skills, be IT literate and have a good attention to detail. But more than this, we want you to be passionate about joining our brand, proactive, confident and curious. You will need to have some work and/or volunteer experience under your belt.
