Job summary
A global language learning centre in Leeds is seeking a Part-Time Admin Assistant to support student welfare, maintain accurate records, and enhance their social media presence. This role requires strong organisational and communication skills, along with a friendly and approachable nature. Applicants should be proficient with IT tools and able to multitask effectively in a busy environment. This position is ideal for someone interested in fostering a supportive educational environment.
Qualifications
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident using IT tools (MS Office, databases, email, social media).
- Friendly, approachable, and able to multitask in a busy environment.
- Willingness to undertake safeguarding training.
Responsibilities
- Act as a friendly first point of contact for student queries.
- Maintain accurate records in our student database and systems.
- Support with generating simple reports for the team.
- Share content ideas for social media showcasing student life.
- Assist with student inductions and welfare check-ins.
