Our degree apprenticeship is designed to immerse you in the heart of our business. Over a four‑year programme and a series of meaningful placements, you’ll rotate through different teams across Mercedes‑Benz Cars, gaining a genuine understanding of who we are and how we work. In every placement, you’ll play an active role in day‑to‑day projects that have real impact—taking on purposeful tasks, exploring innovative ideas, and putting your learning into practice from day one.
You will study for a BSc (Hons) Business and Management via the Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship in partnership with MK:U (Cranfield University), completing your degree through a mixture of virtual and on‑campus study.
MK:U is a new kind of university, where education is framed around business.
Instead of a traditional lecture and exam model, you will learn via the problem‑based learning (PBL) approach, focusing on the practical application of knowledge. Throughout your apprenticeship with us, you’ll learn a range of skills preparing you for a successful career in management and leadership roles, including:
You’ll also have the opportunity to achieve Chartered Manager status upon completion of your End Point Assessment (EPA) with the Chartered Management Institute (CMI).
You would be expected to work from the office five days a week to collaborate and connect, with flexibility available at your manager's discretion when needed.

If your application is successful, you’ll be invited to an online video interview so we can get to know you a little better. Candidates who progress will then complete a set of online situational judgement assessments. Those who are successful will be invited to a short online interview to get to know you further after this if you are successful you’ll move on to the final stage, our assessment centre day at our head office in Milton Keynes, where you’ll learn more about life as one of our undergraduates and meet our team. Successful candidates will receive a placement offer shortly after the assessment centre.
