A leading enterprise applications company seeks an experienced HR Compliance Manager to drive compliance initiatives across the EMEA region. Ideal candidates will have 5-7 years of experience in HR compliance programs, proficiency in project management, and a solid understanding of EMEA regulations. This role offers flexibility in working arrangements, combining in-person and remote work effectively.

The HR Compliance team was established to centralize the identification of HR related employment regulations and in partnership with our Employment Legal team assess the risk associated with each regulation and implement business processes to achieve compliance. With a global remit, the HR Compliance team will aim to operate as efficiently as possible, using a structured and meaningful approach. The team strives to be proactive rather than reactive to new and changing obligations. We are mindful of the potential impact of compliance and non‑compliance to Workday as a business and provide practical options to achieve the appropriate balance to meet the business’s risk appetite.
